The Master Lock No. 481 Rotating Gate Valve Lockout Device features a 1-1/2in (38mm) depth and 1-1/2in (38mm) stem opening for 2in (51mm) to 5in (127mm) diameter valve handles to surround the valve operating handle to protect against accidental valve opening. The unique, patented rotating design allows for easier installation in confined space applications. Tough, lightweight, dielectric Zenez™ Thermoplastic body withstands chemicals and performs effectively in extreme conditions. Includes high-visibility permanent safety labels.

Perangkat Master Lock 481 dirancang untuk mendukung prosedur isolasi energi sesuai OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 serta panduan LOTO dari ANSI Z244.1. Dimensi kedalaman dan bukaan batangnya memungkinkan perangkat ini menutupi handle katup berdiameter 2 hingga 5 inci secara menyeluruh, sehingga katup benar-benar tetap dalam kondisi tertutup selama proses perawatan.
